Hiring: Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 CRM

Work Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid)

Duration: 11 Months Contract

Experience Required: 8–10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to work closely with business stakeholders and drive functional excellence across projects.

Key Skills Required:

* 10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services)

* Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Functional, including customizations and configurations

* Ability to analyze business requirements and validate fitment within Dynamics

* Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 best practices and solution design

* Strong experience in preparing functional documentation

Key Responsibilities:

* Work directly with clients to gather and understand business requirements

* Lead functional design discussions and provide solution recommendations

* Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams

* Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions as per requirements

* Ensure alignment with best practices and scalable solution design

* Prepare detailed functional specifications and documentation
