Job Description

Oversee Senior Production, Medical Management, and Reductions departments

Analyze performance data and identify trends to improve efficiency and outcomes

Implement KPI-driven coaching to increase team productivity and accountability

Develop and execute action plans to address performance gaps

Lead large teams with hands-on management, coaching, and intervention when needed

Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement data-backed process improvements

Monitor real-time KPIs and ensure consistent performance across departments

Partner with leadership to align departmental goals with firm strategy

Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and client experience

Take an active, execution-focused approach to solving operational challenges

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations management, business intelligence, or performance-driven leadership roles

Experience managing large teams with 50+ indirect reports and multiple direct reports

Strong background in KPI ownership, performance optimization, and coaching

Legal industry experience required

Proven ability to drive data-driven process improvements in high-volume environments

Strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills

Bilingual Spanish preferred
