We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data File Clerk / Appointment Setter to join our team. This dual-role position combines administrative data management with customer outreach responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data File Clerk Duties:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain digital records and databases
Organize files, documents, and records for easy retrieval
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform routine backups and data management tasks
Appointment Setter Duties:
Contact potential or existing clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for sales or service teams
Follow up with leads and confirm upcoming appointments
Provide basic information about products or services
Maintain records of communications and client interactions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is a plus
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines independently
