What You Will Do:

Establish relationships through proactive candidate outreach over the phone

Learn about individuals’ personal and professional goals and desires

Inform job candidates of professional opportunities that align with their interests

Converse with architects and engineers regarding their qualifications and open positions

About You:

5+ years of professional recruiting experience in a third party or agency recruiting/staffing setting

Ability to establish rapport with individuals and engage in conversation over the phone

Can communicate effectively; both verbally and written

Previous business development or account management experience is a plus
