Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panaji for an ERP Implementation & Customer Success Executive.

The responsibilities include managing and executing ERP implementation projects, delivering system training to clients, addressing customer concerns to enhance satisfaction, and ensuring the seamless adoption of the platform.

You will also be responsible for proactively retaining and engaging with clients by providing exceptional support and building long-term relationships to maximize customer success and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities1.

ERP Implementation (Core Responsibility) - Handle end-to-end onboarding of new customers - Understand client business processes (sales, production, purchase, accounts) - Configure and align ERP workflows as per client requirements - Ensure timely Go-Live and smooth transition from existing systems 2.

Weekly Customer Visits (Field Work) - Visit assigned customers on a weekly basis - Track implementation progress and usage - Identify gaps, blockers, and user challenges - Ensure continuous improvement in system adoption 3.

Training & Handholding - Train client teams (Sales, Production, HR, Accounts, etc.) - Simplify workflows and ensure users are comfortable using the system - Reduce dependency on support over time 4.

Customer Success Ownership - Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients - Ensure customers are actively using the ERP across modules - Build strong relationships and ensure long-term retention 5.

Issue Identification & Feedback - Identify recurring issues, product gaps, and workflow challenges - Coordinate with internal tech team for resolution - Contribute to continuous product improvement 6.

New Customer Onboarding Support - Assist in product demos (basic level) - Kickstart implementation post-sales closure Who We’re Looking For Must Have: - Currently based in Goa (mandatory) - Strong communication skills (English + Hindi) - Comfortable using computers, web applications, and basic Excel - Willingness to travel within Goa regularly - Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle clients independently Good to Have: - Experience in ERP / CRM / Accounting software - Background in manufacturing / operations / accounts - Experience in training, customer handling, or field roles Compensation & Benefits - Competitive fixed salary - Performance-based incentives (based on successful implementations & customer usage) - Travel expenses fully reimbursed - Daily food allowance for field visits Why Join Us?
