Nova Driving School, Chicago’s leading and most trusted driving school, is seeking professional, friendly, and sales driven Customer Service & Office Staff to support our students, parents, and instructors across all Illinois locations. As the front line representative of Nova, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and guiding families through their driver education journey.
The Customer Service/Sales Office Staff is responsible for providing outstanding customer support, managing daily office operations, and assisting families with enrollment decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, student focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk in inquiries regarding programs, schedules, and requirements
Guide families through enrollment options and confidently explain program benefits
Process registrations, payments, and student documentation accurately
Maintain organized student records and ensure compliance with Illinois driver education requirements
Assist with scheduling Behind the Wheel lessons and classroom sessions
Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and sound judgment
Support instructors and management with daily operational needs
Uphold Nova’s brand standards and deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience
Qualifications
Previous customer service, office, or sales experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone and in person presence
Ability to learn scheduling systems and office software
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a strong plus
