Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong expertise in AEM 6.4 or above, Java, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sling Models vs Sling Servlets, backend annotations, and scenario-based implementations using Multi Site Manager (MSM). You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable content management solutions for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and Sling-based solutions.
Implement Sling Models, Sling Servlets, and AEM workflows effectively.
Utilize backend annotations in Java for AEM-based development.
Implement Multi Site Manager (MSM) scenarios and manage content replication across sites.
Work with REST/SOAP services, Spring Boot, JDBC, and relational databases (Sybase or SQL Server).
Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular/React.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and maintain DevOps best practices.
Optimize AEM solutions for performance, caching, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 10 years of professional experience as an AEM Developer.
Expert-level experience in AEM 6.4+ and Core Java 8+, with strong object-oriented design skills.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (Sybase, SQL Server) and PL/SQL.
Strong knowledge of AEM queries, Workflow launchers, and Assets API.
Experience in front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS/SCSS, JS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular/React.
Knowledge of Sling Models vs Sling Servlets, backend annotations, and MSM implementation.
Familiarity with Unix Bash scripting or Python.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
