In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. About the role:

The Runner is responsible for ensuring guest requests are met and followed up in a timely fashion; maintaining the cleanliness of the guest corridors & lift landing areas.

What you will do:

Understand and follow up on guest requests

Pick up and deliver guest request items when assigned (e.g. iron and iron board), including delivery, making up and clearing of cribs and rollaways

Re-supply guest room supplies in the pantries

Assist the room attendants by removing trash and soiled linen from guest rooms

Assist in putting on bedsheets, mattress turning or hang sheers and drapes

Report any maintenance deficiencies to Housekeeping coordinators and supervisors

What you bring:

Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages related with their jobs

A minimum of a high school or equivalent education

Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest

Able to work flexible hours
