Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products and services meet established standards.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, supervising quality control teams, and identifying areas for improvement.

The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements, as well as to enhance operational efficiency.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra, India.

Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing processes, and standards prevalent in the footwear industry Experience in process development, quality monitoring, and improvement techniques Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and tools used in quality assurance Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Proven experience in driving quality metrics and achieving deliverables Strong background in diagnosing and resolving issues related to upper-outsole bonding A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
