Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking an Integration and Test Manager with excellent problem solving and communication skills to join the Submarine Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) Systems Engineering and Integration (SEandI) Team in Manassas, VA.

**Location: Working full-time onsite at Lockheed Martin in Manassas, VA.**

**What you will be doing:**

We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated Integration and Test (IandT) Manager to join the Submarine C5I SEandI team. As an IandT Manager, you will lead a cross functional team testing C5I systems across all submarine platforms, ensuring the delivery of a robust and reliable combat system to the Submarine Force.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and run operations demonstrations (OPS Demos) conducted to simulate real world submarine operations during the development of the next generation submarine combat systems.

- Manage short and long-term schedules for Integration and Test activities

- Track software deliveries and bay integration across multiple software development teams.

- Drive fixes to software and hardware bugs through various System Integration Teams and Integrated Product Teams and resolve multi-stakeholder issues.

- Oversee the daily execution of operational activities to include technical meetings, system integration efforts, test planning and execution, and review of products/results

**Required Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) from an accredited institution; or 5+ years of comparable professional experience

- Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance*

- Qualified as U.S. Navy submarine submerged Officer of the Deck (OOD)

**Desired Qualifications:**

Demonstrated leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of technical and interpersonal competency

Familiarity with shipyard operations and processes

Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and principles

Knowledge of system and software architecture concepts, such as containerization and cloud technologies

Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering principles and tools

Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence products, including experience with agile project planning, issue tracking, and collaboration tools

Possessing an active U.S. Department f Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance
