Job Title:2nd Shift Assembler Inserts Department

Location:Johnstown, Ohio

Pay Rate:$17.60 per hour

Schedule:

Monday Thursday

2:45 PM 1:15 AM

Mandatory overtime may occasionally be required and may be added to the beginning of your shift with advance notice.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assembler in the Inserts Department. Inserts are a specialized type of tire patch, and this position plays an important role in supporting the production process and ensuring product quality.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare insert products according to established quality and safety standards

Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools used in the assembly process

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable with good attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
