Machine Operator (Food Manufacturing)

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery on assigned lines

Perform basic adjustments and troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications

Follow all GMP, HACCP, and food safety guidelines at all times

Accurately complete production paperwork (batch records, logs, downtime tracking, etc.)

Assist with line changeovers, material staging, and cleaning/sanitation processes

Work closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet daily goals

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing (food production preferred)

Familiarity with food safety standards (GMP/HACCP)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule & Environment

1st and 2nd shift opportunities available

Overtime may be required based on production needs

Work environment includes exposure to food ingredients, machinery
