HVAC Service Technician – Experienced (5+ Years Required)

Position: HVAC Service Technician

Location: Phoenix Metro Area

Pay: $30/hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues

Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and solutions

Complete service calls efficiently and accurately

Maintain proper documentation of work performed

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Experience with heat pumps, package units, split systems, and mini-splits

EPA Certification (required)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

NATE Certification (a plus)

Experience with commercial systems

Basic knowledge of controls and low voltage wiring
