Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 Base + Annual Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Lead real estate development accounting across multiple entities

Review capital gains, installment sales, and real estate tax

Manage preferred return waterfalls and promote structures

Oversee lender compliance and bank draws

Handle monthly close and consolidations

Train and review staff

Qualifications:

CPA (active preferred; inactive acceptable if reactivatable)

10+ years accounting experience

Real estate development accounting (not property management)

Real estate tax in development

Preferred return waterfalls

Bank draw / lender compliance experience

Strong GAAP and multi-entity accounting
