The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality standards within manufacturing operations and achieving performance goals related to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role provides leadership to quality personnel, supports production activities, and addresses quality issues to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of quality personnel
Ensure final inspection processes meet quality standards
Train, mentor, and develop team members
Create schedules and monitor time and attendance
Investigate quality concerns and support corrective actions
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inventory
Support production floor teams with quality-related issues
Promote safety standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement efforts within the department
Qualifications:
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Background in quality assurance or inspection
Customer-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
