What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end deployment projects from kickoff through go-live

Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Partner with customers to ensure a smooth deployment experience

Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, and internal teams

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions

Lead status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Oversee post-deployment handoff to long-term support teams

Identify process improvements and scalable solutions

Ensure successful robotic system deployments at customer sites

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

4+ years of Project or Program Management experience in technical environments

Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

Experience with Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar tools

Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies

Experience with robotics, hardware, or complex system deployments preferred

Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments preferred

Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
