A growing, well established organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high level support to senior leadership in a fast paced, professional environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring day to day operational efficiency by managing executive schedules, priorities, and follow through, allowing leadership to focus on strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Provide high level administrative and operational support to executive and senior leadership
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items and follow ups
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and open items across leadership initiatives
Assist with presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and general document preparation
Coordinate onboarding logistics, internal meetings, off sites, and team events
Arrange travel and complete expense reporting as needed
Maintain organized digital files and handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience providing executive or senior level administrative support
Strong experience managing calendars, meetings, and competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow through
Ability to support multiple leaders in a dynamic environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
