Sr. Product Program Manager

We’re partnering with our client, a leading IP-driven Toy and Entertainment company committed to innovation, to find a talented Senior Product Program Manager. This is a temporary role based in our client’s location, focused on overseeing AI project portfolios to align with strategic objectives and deliver business value.

Senior Product Program Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and tracking of AI initiatives, ensuring they support organizational goals and provide measurable value.

Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and prioritize AI use cases through ideation sessions and hackathons.

Oversee the execution of large-scale AI projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Develop change management strategies, providing training and support to facilitate user adoption and minimize disruption.

Senior Product Program Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL.

10 to 15+ years of experience in IT program management, particularly with SaaS Cloud implementations.

Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Trello, with familiarity in Jira Align and Agile practices.

Proven success in leading complex AI projects, including AI implementation and building scalable AI platforms leveraging Generative and Agentic AI capabilities.
