Pay & Perks

$60,000–$70,000 base salary

Quarterly bonus potential up to $10,000/year

Deferred profit-sharing up to $12,000/year

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead from the front - setting the tone, building the team, and driving results. This will look like:

Leading your store with positive energy, accountability, and a focus on people and performance

Hiring, training, and developing your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on every shift

Creating schedules that supports both the business and your team’s needs

Keeping operations running smoothly

Building future leaders and maintaining a strong internal bench

What You Bring

2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry

Hospitality mindset - You have a passion for people, culture, and the guest experience

Hands-on leadership style

Calm, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Must be 18+ years old

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
