Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals

Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to create an individualized financial plan that leverages the products and serves we offer

Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services

Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor

Collect and organize each client’s financial information using a CRM to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations

Hire, develop, and help us expand our field of advisors across the state

Lead and motivate our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales associate, identifying individual sales targets, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful

Coach and counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement

Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation programs to keep us growing

Build and execute business plans to expand our sales volume and help create new sales goals

Aid Agents in presenting client solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds

Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements

Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals

Select, hire, and grow your financial professional team as an associate partner

Hone your skills and facilitate success as a manager by participating in our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program

Qualifications:

Candidates need to be able to communicate complicated concepts and maintain strong principles such as honesty and integrity

Must have effective relationship management skills

Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients

3-5 years of experience in insurance or investment sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department

Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills

Proven track record of sales success

Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry is required

Sales experience needed
