As a Junior Partner Manager, you work on a team that oversees EFG's global portfolio of brand partners. You are expected to work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.
This position reports to a Director while directly supporting Senior Managers and Managers.
Business Unit: Success & Strategy
Role requirements:
Lead on internal partner materials and support on external materials - including but not limited to developing and maintaining partnership trackers, recap decks, partnership overview documentation, and more
Become the eyes and ears of the partnership, ensuring that notes and actions items are recorded and shared with appropriate parties in a timely manner
Work collaboratively internally to assist in ensuring the highest quality implementation of partnership programs through delivery of in-broadcast, online, and on-site partnership entitlements
Assist in tracking and communicating the progress of partner strategy, KPIs and initiatives to internal stakeholders; prepare reports on account status
Stay educated on current sponsorship, partner category and industry news and best practices
Perform other duties, functions, responsibilities, projects and assist as necessary

Ability to gather necessary data, assisting colleagues in creating internal and external recommendations
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in business or, marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or capacity
An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends
Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel, both domestic and international
