Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong knowledge of ZEISS CALYPSO to support our quality and inspection operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing CMM programs to ensure products meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop, program, and validate CMM inspection routines using ZEISS CALYPSO

Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements

Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 (if applicable)

Conduct in-process and final inspections

Generate and review inspection reports

Troubleshoot and resolve measurement or programming issues

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Maintain proper use and care of inspection equipment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of CMM programming experience

Hands-on experience with ZEISS CALYPSO

Strong understanding of GD&T (per ASME Y14.5)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD data

Experience with precision measuring tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in oil & gas, or precision manufacturing

Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001

Work Environment

Manufacturing/shop floor setting

Frequent interaction with production and engineering teams
