Job Description

Experience Without Limits. Come shape the future of brand experience.

At Jack Morton, we create, and build, head-turning, smile-inducing, impact driving brand experiences. We exist to redefine what experiential can achieve, helping clients unlock the full value of experiences.

That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one - building on ideas, pushing boundaries, and showing up for each other. Here, you'll do your best work, grow fast, and collaborate across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.

This is a place where curiosity drives what's next, boldness raises the bar, and we win together. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the people behind it.

Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.

As a global leader in experiential marketing, we bring brands to life through unforgettable live and virtual experiences. From custom exhibits and trade shows to events and permanent installations, the team combines bold creative thinking with strategic planning and flawless execution. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Project Manager (Trade Shows & Events) who is passionate about building exceptional environments and managing every detail of the production process.

This role focuses on custom-built exhibit and event environments, where you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end production process, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution

Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication

Coordinate cross-functional teams using internal project management systems to ensure all details are tracked

Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver effective solutions

Support global estimating efforts by preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates

Partner with design teams on materials, finishes, and sourcing to ensure feasibility, quality, and brand alignment

Create and maintain implementation plans, work-back schedules, and vendor communications

Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including coordinating services and issuing purchase orders

Mentor and support junior team members, particularly Project Coordinators

Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

A passion for production, process, and people—you thrive on bringing ideas to life

5–10 years of experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, or experiential marketing (or a similar project-based environment)

A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, with a basic understanding of structural mechanics

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects

Solid understanding of production materials, trade show regulations, and industry best practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mindset

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required
