This role drives MEP-intensive projects across healthcare, labs, and higher-education facilities. You'll manage full project lifecycle, partnering closely with operations leadership to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Description

* Lead day-to-day management of complex building systems projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Write scopes, develop contracts, and manage subcontractor selection and coordination.

* Oversee project financials, schedules, and risk management in partnership with field leadership.

* Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress, quality, and safety compliance.

* Collaborate with senior executives on client communication, project strategy, and long-term account success.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

* 5-15 years of experience with stable tenures (3-4+ years per employer).

* Background in healthcare, life sciences, technology, or education projects with complex MEP scopes.

* Mechanical or electrical engineering degree.

* Experience leading projects $30M+ strongly preferred.
