Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Restaurant: Brothers Eatery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience) + potential performance bonuses

About Us

Brothers Eatery is a new restaurant and sports bar opening in Gallipolis, Ohio. Our goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming place where guests can enjoy great food, watch sports, and have a great time with friends and family.

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Restaurant Manager who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and helping build a great atmosphere from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Manage and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff

Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfaction

Assist with hiring, scheduling, and training staff

Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment

Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering

Help create a fun, welcoming sports bar atmosphere

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
