Bar Manager/Bartender

Job Description

Annual salary $70,000 plus tips. Healthcare offered after 6 months.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls

Develop drink menus, specials, and promotions

Prepare and serve classic cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine

Provide attentive, polished service in a relaxed lounge environment

Engage with guests in a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

Handle POS transactions and cash accurately

Verify IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol and lounge regulations

Work closely with lounge staff to maintain a calm, upscale atmosphere
