Job Title: Restaurant General Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: In person

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to coordinate daily operations and drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining revenue, profitability, and quality goals while ensuring efficient operations. You will lead by example to maintain high standards of production, productivity, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including estimating consumption, forecasting requirements, and maintaining inventory.

Team Leadership: Organize and supervise shifts, appraise personnel performance, and provide feedback to keep the team upbeat and productive.

Customer Experience: Deliver superior guest services, ensure absolute customer satisfaction, and respond efficiently to customer complaints.

Financials: Control costs, manage the budget, and maintain profitability.

Quality Control: Enforce safety and sanitation regulations and ensure the best quality of products is served.

Brand Growth: Successfully promote and publicize the brand.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven working experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Shift Manager.

Skills: Strong financial management, coaching, and leadership skills.

Knowledge: Extensive food and beverage knowledge; computer literacy (restaurant management software).

Language: Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Logistics: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of communication (phone).

Schedule & Flexibility

Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to work a 6-day work week.

Shifts may include: Day, Night, and Overnight.
