Job Description

We are seeking experienced Bartenders to become an integral part of our Food & Beverage team!

Our Bartenders provide friendly and efficient service in Schooners and Lobby Lounge. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities:

Make and serve drinks to guests at the bar

Make drinks for servers for table service

Perform pre-shift duties to set up the bar area for service

Daily cleaning of the bar area to maintain cleanliness standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience bartending

Ability to build rapport with guests

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

CA Food Handler's Card (the hotel will assist with obtaining)

RBS certification - safe alcohol service protocol training (the hotel will assist with obtaining)
