Salary and Benefits

Salary: $145,000 - $165,000

Productivity bonus is: an additional $5.00 per billable patient visit, more than 1.7 patients per hour

Retention bonuses are paid quarterly

Responsibilities

Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums

Treat diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting oral hygiene and retention of teeth

Fit dental appliances or provide preventive care to dental clinic patients; maintain dental records;

Review and notify patients of diagnostic test and consultation results

Respond to patient care tasks and phone calls consistently with good dental practice.

The productivity standard is 1.5 patients per hour.

4-or 5-day work week

1-2 dental assistants per dentist

Patients are assigned to individual dentists to allow for continuity of care

Other dentist(s) in the office to allow for treatment collaboration and mentorship

Wide variety of procedures completed in-office (composites, amalgams, dentures, partials, extractions, crown and bridge, endo, etc.)

Medical clinic and pharmacy on site

Requirements

State of Michigan Dentist License

US Doctor of Dental Medicine degree
