Buck & Rider is hiring very dynamic, experienced, and professional bartenders to join our team! We serve the freshest seafood in the valley, create some of the tastiest craft cocktails and celebrate the best and swankiest Happy Hour in Phoenix! Our bartenders are not just beverage enthusiasts but also the host of the space.

The bartender role is a high-profile position and is one of the most coveted positions in the restaurant. We are looking for those with vibrant personalities who love connecting with people and are passionate about beverage. You are responsible for both classic and innovative drinks that exceed guests' expectations. Our bartenders have all the basics down and are always looking out for new trends and guests evolving needs.

Day in the Life:

Meets brand standards in preparation and presentation of cocktails

Achieves planned product costs by adhering to portion standards

Exemplifies hospitality standards

Answers both guests and co-workers' questions

Cooperates with Management and co-workers to assist others with duties as needed

Extensive knowledge of both food and drink menu with ability to make recommendations

Accept direction from Management and communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion
