MuleKick is hiring servers who can move with urgency, protect the guest experience, and handle a fast-paced floor without losing energy or attention to detail.

This is not a “just take orders” serving job. We are looking for people who can create a strong first impression, stay sharp during busy shifts, follow systems, communicate clearly, and help keep service smooth from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Deliver a strong guest experience from greeting to payment

Take orders accurately and follow POS systems correctly

Refill drinks, pre-bus tables, and stay ahead of guest needs

Maintain urgency and awareness during busy shifts

Follow checklists, side work, and shift responsibilities fully

Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and leadership

Accept coaching well and apply corrections quickly

Help protect standards in service, cleanliness, and team communication

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable, on time, and ready to work

Comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Coachable and able to take feedback in the moment

Strong communication and team awareness

Able to stay focused and avoid shortcuts

Respectful of leadership, systems, and guest experience

Requirements

Must be at least 19 years old

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Reliable transportation

Days, nights, and/or weekend shifts

Part-time / Full-time position
