Working under the guidance of our F&B Manager, you’ll bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift. Depending on your role, your day may include:As a Server

Preparing your station before service to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Completing opening and closing side work with consistency and care.

Staying informed on daily specials, featured drinks, and any 86’d items.

Mastering the menu — ingredients, preparation, presentation, and guest favorites.

Answering guest questions with confidence and clarity.

Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently.

Delivering polished service from start to finish, including bussing and resetting tables.

Maintaining a clean, organized section throughout your shift.

Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure every dish and drink meets our standards.

Providing attentive service — refilling water, checking in after entrées, pre-bussing, and anticipating guest needs.As a Bartender

Crafting cocktails, pouring beverages, and preparing drinks with precision and flair.

Maintaining full knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and specialty beverage offerings.

Engaging guests with warm, upbeat service at the bar and in the dining room.

Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Working closely with servers to ensure seamless service and timely drink delivery.

Following all accounting and cash-handling procedures.

Upholding presentation standards for every drink served.What We’re Looking For
