Making great drinks for our guests is the biggest priority! You will also interact with guests who sit at the bar or in the bar area. We strive to create the most memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and present beverage menus.

Make recommendations and answer all related questions.

Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.

Take orders from serving staff or directly from guests.

Record drink orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage according to standard recipies.

Upsell beverage and food items to guests.

Attempt to limit problems related to customers’ excessive drinking by following the established procedures.

Ensure of clean glasses, bar equipment, and working areas.

Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift.

Monitor/restock bar inventory.

Prepare juices and fruit for service.

Requirements

Bartender certification preferred

Strong knowledge or interest of beer, liquor, and wine.

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and work ethic.

Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds.

Ability to work all shifts.
