SQL Database Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced SQL DBA to join our team and take ownership of mission-critical database environments built on Microsoft SQL Server (2017/2019).

What You’ll Do for 15 LPA:

Install, configure, patch, and maintain SQL Server environments

Lead migration & upgrade initiatives

Design and manage High Availability & Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions (AG, FCI, Replication, Log Shipping, etc.)

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize databases

Ensure backup integrity and meet RPO/RTO targets

Perform performance tuning, index optimization, and query improvements

Manage clustering, failovers, and system health checks

Work with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and support reporting/data workflows

Maintain documentation and enforce database security & compliance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong expertise in SQL Server administration & T-SQL

Hands-on experience with HA/DR strategies and migrations

Solid understanding of performance tuning & troubleshooting

Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory

Exposure to Azure SQL / cloud environments is a plus

Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools like Jira/Bugzilla

Strong communication, ownership mindset & problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure Data services (ADF, Managed Instance, etc.)

Knowledge of Git/SVN/TFS

Microsoft certifications
