Introduction

The key responsibility of the Accounts Executive is to support accounts functions in the factory through proper commercial documentation while adhering to company norms.

Requirements

Must have a bachelor degree in B.Com or similar

Must be a resident of Vapi, Gujarat

2+ years of experience in accounting

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Tally (latest update)

Good communication skills

Available to work overtime, weekends or holidays and/or flexible shift hours as required

Adequate knowledge of accounting/book keeping, bank reconciliation, initiating banking transactions, GST and income tax

Knowledge of calculating TDS, deduction, deposit and return filing

Responsibilities

Invoicing: Prepare challan, sales bill with no errors

Make Tally entries as and when required

Match rate with customers’ purchase orders

Prepare commercial documents related to dispatch: delivery challan, certificate of analysis, e-way bill

Coordinate with customers for status of their orders or for receiving/acknowledging new orders

Ensure all dispatch documents are sent to the respective mailing list of each client when needed

Prepare project cash flow

Prepare list and handle receivables and payables

Stock keeping for selected packaging material in the factory

Assist in cylinder tracking as needed
