What You'll Do: • General administrative support for our prepaid hotel department • Manage client documentation and records • Handle email correspondence and basic client communications • Assist with invoicing, forms & internal tracking • Data entry and general office tasks • Support special projects as needed What We're Looking For: • 1–3 years of administrative or office experience • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills • Professional communicator who can work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No travel booking experience required, this is a purely administrative role, perfect for someone who loves structure and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
