Our client is seeking a Controller to lead core accounting operations and support the continued growth of the organization.

This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting processes, and internal controls, while partnering closely with leadership to drive operational and strategic improvements.

The position is hybrid, with an onsite presence in Downtown Columbus, and offers a clear path for professional growth.

What You’ll Be DoingOversee day to day accounting operations, including general ledger, month end close, and financial reportingEnsure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with U.S.

GAAPLead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesManage and strengthen internal controls, policies, and accounting proceduresPartner with finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and analysisCoordinate with external auditors and support audit activitiesLead process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reporting qualityMentor and develop members of the accounting team as the function growsSupport system enhancements and accounting best practices as the organization evolves What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance8+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior experience in a Controller or Assistant Controller level roleStrong knowledge of U.S.
