This role focuses on developing and maintaining Java-based applications while working within structured development teams and contributing to scalable system solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications using Core Java/J2EE technologiesBuild applications using Spring Framework and ORM toolsWrite and optimize simple and complex SQL queriesParticipate in unit testing using JUnit and testing frameworksSupport development and maintenance of web servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in large development environmentsIdentify and troubleshoot application defects and performance issuesParticipate in code reviews and development best practicesSupport application deployment and maintenance activitiesContribute to documentation and technical reporting QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field (Required)Associate’s degree plus 2 additional years of relevant experience2–4 years of experience in Java developmentExperience with:Core Java / J2EESpring FrameworkORM toolsJava build toolsJUnit testingWeb servicesAbility to write simple and complex SQL queriesExperience working on large-scale enterprise applications requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred QualificationsExperience working in healthcare, Medicaid, or health exchange environmentsExperience with Angular, Cloud technologies, or AI-based applicationsExperience working in structured enterprise-level development teams CompensationEstimated hourly range: $45–$50/hr (W-2)The final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days onsite weeklyOnsite schedule options include:Wednesday/Thursday and every other Friday
