Process Operator (Entry-Level / New Graduate) Location: Port Arthur Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team.

The Process Operator will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities • Operate and monitor production equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times • Perform routine inspections, readings, and data logging • Identify and report equipment issues, abnormalities, or safety concerns • Assist with troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members • Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Process Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply) • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Basic computer skills and ability to document information accurately • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Work Environment & Requirements • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed • Must be able to work in an industrial environment (heat, noise, outdoor conditions) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
