BSA Program Management Analyst

We are currently partnering with a leading financial services organization to support their search for a BSA Program Management Analyst.

The organization operates in a highly regulated environment and is focused on strengthening oversight across its payments and third-party program landscape.

This role plays a key part in managing BSA/AML and OFAC risk across payment programs and partners.

The Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to assess program-level risk, support onboarding and ongoing oversight, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

This individual will contribute to risk assessments, program reviews, and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s financial crimes compliance framework.

Responsibilities include evaluating payment program risks, reviewing documentation and audit findings, supporting onboarding and oversight of third-party partners, and ensuring alignment with BSA/AML and OFAC requirements.

The role also supports issue tracking, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement of compliance processes.

Overview:Conduct oversight and risk assessments of payment programs and third-party partnersEvaluate onboarding and program changes for BSA/AML and OFAC compliance risksReview documentation, audit findings, and program materials to identify vulnerabilitiesAssign risk ratings and support ongoing monitoring of program manager activitiesPartner with internal teams and third parties to support compliance and documentation requirementsTrack and support remediation of audit and regulatory findingsMonitor industry trends and emerging risks related to payments and financial crimesSupport onboarding and ongoing risk management of third-party payment partnersAssist with CIP/KYC evaluations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
