Key Responsibilities:Full management of service operations across the Waco branchLead, develop, and manage all field and shop techniciansDrive productivity, efficiency, and utilisation across the teamMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and complianceOversee scheduling, workflow, and work order completionWork closely with Parts and Sales teams to support customer requirements and identify revenue opportunitiesManage customer relationships, including site visits and issue resolutionEnsure timely billing, cost control, and margin performanceRecruit, train, and retain service personnelImplement and improve processes as the operation continues to scaleHandle after-hours escalations and support when requiredMaintain a strong presence with key customers across the territory Qualifications/Skills:Minimum 4+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or senior technician roleStrong mechanical understanding of heavy equipment, ideally crushers, screens, shredders, grinders, or similarProven ability to manage teams and drive performanceSolid organisational and planning skillsCommercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and costsStrong communication skills, both internally and customer-facingComfortable using service systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools Location Requirement: Candidates must be based within a 1-hour commute of Waco, TX, or open to relocation.
