Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

This rewarding, full-time, onsite opportunity involves working with a diverse caseload, encompassing a range of disabilities from mild to severe.

As a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll be instrumental in fostering students’ progress and contributing to a collaborative, supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:Current, valid Washington State certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)Prior experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferredDemonstrated skills in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a variety of communication disordersExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with educators, parents, and support staffCommitment to maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with educational guidelines Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and devise individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challengesDeliver direct and indirect therapy sessions onsite across elementary, middle, and high school levelsPartner with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as neededSupport students with a spectrum of disabilities—ranging from mild to severe—with personalized strategiesMaintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary educational teamContribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment, elevating student outcomes If you are ready to help students achieve their communication goals and thrive in a school-based setting, your expertise will make a difference.

Compensation for this position ranges from $44.87 to $64.87.
