What You’ll Do
Drive Go-to-Market Execution
Support the planning and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns across multiple brands
Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches
Help translate brand strategy into clear, actionable plans
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with Merchandising, Creative, CRM, Digital, and eCommerce teams
Track progress across workstreams and ensure alignment on priorities and messaging
Help keep projects moving forward through strong communication and follow-up
Support Campaigns & Brand Initiatives
Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Support creative briefing and asset development processes
Analyze & Report on Performance
Compile campaign recaps and performance reports
Track key metrics and identify trends or opportunities
Support internal updates and presentations
What You Bring
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or eCommerce
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social)
Comfort working with data and performance metrics
Nice to Have
Experience with consumer or retail brands
Exposure to multi-brand or portfolio environments
Familiarity with seasonal campaign planning
Experience with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, or project management platforms)

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 to $33.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
