Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, OH, for a Bindery Operator. The Bindery Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutter, folder, and stitcher machines, turning printed materials into polished, professional final products. Day-to-day tasks include setting up bindery machines, troubleshooting operational issues, and managing workloads to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience in Bindery, Inkjet, and Printing operations

Proficiency in Printer Support and Print Production processes

Ability to operate and maintain bindery and printing equipment safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products

Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Team-player mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills

Physical ability to perform job tasks, such as standing for extended periods and lifting materials

Previous experience in a commercial print or manufacturing environment is a plus

Expected Work Location

On-site at PXPOHIO, Columbus, OH

First shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM -2:00 PM
