Inventory & Fleet Operations Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our inventory, warehouse, and fleet systems.

This is not a basic warehouse role. This position is responsible for controlling material flow, maintaining truck stock standards, managing purchasing, and protecting gross margin across the company.

You will work directly with operations leadership to build and enforce systems that ensure our technicians have what they need, without waste, loss, or chaos.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse organization and inventory systems

• Maintain accurate counts and cycle inventory weekly

• Oversee truck stock and enforce replenishment standards

• Handle purchasing and vendor relationships (Ferguson and others)

• Monitor fleet condition, tools, and equipment

• Eliminate shrinkage, over-ordering, and unnecessary supply runs

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and systems mindset

• Ability to hold people accountable

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment

Compensation:

• Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 depending on experience

• Performance bonuses tied to inventory accuracy, truck compliance, and margin control
