As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Pedriena Wheeler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proficiently interact with customers on behalf of the company

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Be a part of a group under a Fortune 100 conglomerate

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Provide quotes for customers

Continuously improve through feedbackQUALIFICATIONS:

Customer care skills

Proven work experience as client - customer service representative

Proven direct sales experience

Knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Willing to become licensed in Life/Health and bank certified**P&C Licensed required

**Creole Speaker Required
