Conversion Operator / Conversion Associate

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule: Sunday-Thursday 11:59 PM - 8:00 AMShift: Night ShiftEmployment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Conversion Associate supports production operations in a manufacturing environment by assisting with the processing, cutting, packaging, and handling of finished materials. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conversion and finishing processes, including cutting, stacking, packaging, and preparing materials for shipment

Operate basic production and conversion equipment as assigned

Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Accurately follow work orders and production instructions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements

Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns immediately

Support team members and production goals as needed Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience preferred (not required)

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work overnight shifts
