Reception & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage visitor entry, records, and security protocols
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
Call Handling & Communication
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain proper communication etiquette
Administrative Support
Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
Handle courier, mail, and dispatch activities
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Record Keeping
Maintain logs for visitors, calls, and deliveries
Manage office supplies inventory
Keep updated contact directories
Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Support HR/Admin in daily activities when required
