What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with VIP players to ensure retention, reactivation, and upselling.
Conducting communication through calls, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to calls and deposits.
Managing and nurturing a player pool using CRM tools.
Tracking and reporting on individual KPI performance monthly.
