**We’re Hiring: Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager**

Location: Alandur, Chennai

Full-time 7.5 – 10 LPA

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven finance professional to join our team and play a key role in strengthening financial operations.

**About the Role:**

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable, payroll, compliance, audits, and donor reporting. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

️ Manage accounts payable, reimbursements & payroll processing

️ Ensure accurate bookkeeping, MIS reporting & month-end closures

️ Handle statutory compliance (TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax) & audits

️ Oversee cash flow, receivables & donor inflows

️ Strengthen internal controls, SOPs & financial processes

**Who Should Apply?**

️ CA/CMA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting/Commerce

️ 1–5 years of experience in financial management

️ Strong experience in compliance, payroll, and audits

️ Non-profit experience is a plus

**Skills We’re Looking For:**

️ Expertise in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks & MS Excel

️ Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

️ Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
